Cookie Policy
Last updated: 7/30/2026 · Effective for QR-Powered Identity™ ("the Service")
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies QR-Powered Identity™ actually uses. We keep this short on purpose: the Service doesn't run advertising or analytics tracking today, so there isn't a long list of optional cookies to describe.
Strictly necessary cookies
When you sign in to an Avatar dashboard or the internal admin console, our authentication provider (Supabase) sets a session cookie so you stay signed in as you navigate the Service. This cookie is required for login to work — it cannot be turned off without also losing the ability to sign in.
Third-party widgets
The technician dispatch form uses Google Maps' address autocomplete to help you enter a homeowner's address. Loading this widget may cause Google to set its own cookies, governed by Google's Cookie Policy, not this one. We don't control what Google does with those cookies.
What we don't use
- No advertising or ad-retargeting cookies
- No third-party analytics or behavioral tracking cookies
- No cross-site tracking of any kind
If that changes as the Service grows, we'll update this page and this section will stop being accurate as written today — it describes the Service as it exists now, not a permanent promise.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Because the only cookie this Service sets is required for signing in, blocking it will prevent you from logging in to a dashboard or the admin console — public pages (like a technician's verified profile) don't require it.
